Cristal rectangulaire 3D - Portrait

Bought this for a coworker as her doggo just passed. She absolutely loved it. The crystal came in a pretty black box with a tie up red ribbon. Not sure if the picture does it justice. We are both very happy. The order arrived faster than expected, or would have, if UPS had not said there was an issue with the address as given. The address was the same one that I have used multiple times, without any issues when Amazon delivers, and in fact, was corrected by Amazon to their specifications when the account was set up. The seller was very helpful in resolving the problem with UPS as the UPS website autobot will not allow you to edit the address without verifying yourself via the email provided on the order (via Amazon), which never reached me, or via text, and as this was going to my work, with it being a landline phone # could not be texted. The seller reached back to me, then to USP, and then back to me to advise. She received the item the next day, which was the original delivery date. I would highly recommend Red Moose Trading due to their quality and outstanding customer service.

Amazing quality and amazing customer service!! I had selected remove background but the Santa in the original photo still ended up in the Crystal. (Photo 1) I nicely messaged them to let them know and they sent me a new one free of charge! (Photo 2) Was a perfect Christmas gift! If your looking for a perfect gift, this company is the one you should go with!

Vraiment beau et de qualité merci

This was an anniversary gift for my parents. They were thrilled with it and it meant a lot to them.

I wasn't sure what to expect, but I was really impressed once I had it in my hands.

I enjoy looking at how the image changes as I move around it. The 3D depth is impressive.

This product is TOP NOTCH! Excellent quality, arrived early and was everything it was described as

For me, it captures the moment better than a photo in a regular frame. The depth makes a difference.

Absolutely beautiful. I bought this for a gift and it was delivered in a timely manner and it turned out beautifully and packaged nicely as well. Will be ordering from this company again.

Amazing product, I was extremely satisfied when I received it. I could tell it was of very high-quality, and was aesthetically pleasing. It was a great decorative piece for my office, and I recommend it for anyone else.

No scratches or bubbles that I could see. The crystal arrived in perfect condition.

Beau travail artistique! Il y a eu une bonne communication avec les créateurs et le résultat est spectaculaire.

Absolutely amazing. I know my wife will love this

Very impressed, they even upgraded me to a bigger light stand because the one I picked was too small for the large crystal, at no charge. Highly recommend

Marvellous quality. Exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be ordering more. Very professional service, arrived safely on time. The box it came in as beautiful as the crystal!

The detail in the crystal is lovely. It was well packed and looks great on my desk.

We bought this in memory of someone we lost. It meant a lot to the whole family.

The crystal is so clear that the engraved details look as though they're floating inside it.

I'll order again. I can see myself giving these for other special occasions.

The crystal looks very good quality. You can see it in the clarity of the glass.

It's a lovely reminder of a family moment that's very special to us.

I'm pleased with how elegant it looks. It feels like a quality piece.

It looks lovely on sunny afternoons when the light comes through it.
