How many people fit on a crystal?

It depends on the size. Each crystal's page lists how many people or pets fit each size; larger groups need a larger crystal so faces stay detailed.

Can you combine people from different photos?

Email us before you order and we will tell you whether your photos can be combined well.

Can I see the design first?

Yes. Add a 3D proof at checkout and we will email you a preview to approve or change before we engrave.

How quickly will it arrive?

We engrave and ship the next business day (after you approve your proof, if you add one). Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days across Canada, and usually one business day in Metro Vancouver.
