What if my photo is blurry or dark?

We prepare every photo before engraving, but we can't add detail that isn't there: a blurry or dark photo gives a softer engraving. If you're unsure, check 3D Proof Review and we'll show you the design before we engrave.

Will it look exactly like the preview?

The on-screen preview shows how your photo is placed in the shape. The finished engraving is a frosted white 3D image inside clear crystal, so it won't look like a printed photo.

Will the 3D image fade, scratch off, or will the crystal turn yellow?

Your image is permanently engraved inside premium K9 optical crystal using a precision 3D subsurface laser—not UV-printed on the surface. The engraving won’t peel, scratch off, or fade with normal use. Unlike plastics that can yellow over time, K9 optical glass is naturally resistant to UV-related yellowing, helping your crystal stay clear and beautiful for years.

What is a 3D proof and how long do I have?

Check 3D Proof Review while you personalize and we'll email you a 3D preview before engraving. You have 3 days to approve it or ask for changes. If we don't hear back within 3 days, we go ahead with production. A proof may add a few days to delivery.

Can I add text to my engraving?

Yes. Add up to 40 characters, such as names, a date or a short message. Our designers choose the font, size and placement for the best result.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Because each crystal is made just for you, all sales are final and orders can't be cancelled once placed. Our 30-Day Guarantee covers crystals that arrive damaged or defective, are the wrong item, or don't match your approved proof: we remake them free or refund you. Read the refund policy.
