3D Crystal Rectangle - Portrait

Bought this for a coworker as her doggo just passed. She absolutely loved it. The crystal came in a pretty black box with a tie up red ribbon. Not sure if the picture does it justice. We are both very happy. The order arrived faster than expected, or would have, if UPS had not said there was an issue with the address as given. The address was the same one that I have used multiple times, without any issues when Amazon delivers, and in fact, was corrected by Amazon to their specifications when the account was set up. The seller was very helpful in resolving the problem with UPS as the UPS website autobot will not allow you to edit the address without verifying yourself via the email provided on the order (via Amazon), which never reached me, or via text, and as this was going to my work, with it being a landline phone # could not be texted. The seller reached back to me, then to USP, and then back to me to advise. She received the item the next day, which was the original delivery date. I would highly recommend Red Moose Trading due to their quality and outstanding customer service.

Amazing quality and amazing customer service!! I had selected remove background but the Santa in the original photo still ended up in the Crystal. (Photo 1) I nicely messaged them to let them know and they sent me a new one free of charge! (Photo 2) Was a perfect Christmas gift! If your looking for a perfect gift, this company is the one you should go with!

Vraiment beau et de qualité merci

Gave it to my parents for their anniversary. They were absolutely thrilled and really cherished it.

I was kinda skeptical. But holding it in my hands? Totally blew my mind.

Amazing 3D depth. It is so fun to just sit there and look at how the laser image shifts.

This product is TOP NOTCH! Excellent quality, arrived early and was everything it was described as

Way better than a regular frame. It captures the moment in a way a normal flat photo just can't do.

Absolutely beautiful. I bought this for a gift and it was delivered in a timely manner and it turned out beautifully and packaged nicely as well. Will be ordering from this company again.

Amazing product, I was extremely satisfied when I received it. I could tell it was of very high-quality, and was aesthetically pleasing. It was a great decorative piece for my office, and I recommend it for anyone else.

Not one scratch. Zero bubbles inside the crystal. It's totally pristine.

Beau travail artistique! Il y a eu une bonne communication avec les créateurs et le résultat est spectaculaire.

Absolutely amazing. I know my wife will love this

Very impressed, they even upgraded me to a bigger light stand because the one I picked was too small for the large crystal, at no charge. Highly recommend

Marvellous quality. Exceeded my expectations. I will certainly be ordering more. Very professional service, arrived safely on time. The box it came in as beautiful as the crystal!

The detail on this crystal shape is breathtaking. Came packaged very safely and looks amazing on my desk.

Bought this to honor someone we lost. The whole family loved it so much.

Clear as water. The laser details are super crisp and just look like they are floating inside.

I'll be back for sure. Going to buy these for all the big milestones from now on.

High-grade stuff. You can just look at it and know they used really good optical crystal.

Beautiful reminder. It perfectly captures one of our most precious family moments.

Premium vibe. Everything about this crystal piece just feels incredibly elegant.

Looks beautiful in the sun. The way it refracts the light on sunny afternoons is so cool.
