Corporate Crystal Gifts & Retirement Awards

Rectangular 3D crystal with a team photo of five coworkers engraved inside, on a lit black base on an office desk

Looking for corporate gift ideas that people actually keep? A personalized crystal award puts the person, or the whole team, inside the glass: their photo laser-engraved in 3D in solid K9 optical crystal, with a name, title and date. It works for retirements, long-service and recognition awards, client thank-yous and team milestones. Each crystal is engraved to order in Langley, BC and ships free across Canada.

Corporate gift and award ideas

  • Retirement gifts: the retiree's portrait, or a photo with the team, plus their name and years of service.
  • Recognition awards: employee of the year, top performer or long-service milestones (5, 10, 25 years), with the person's photo instead of a generic trophy.
  • Team milestones: a project launch, a company anniversary or an office opening, with the team photo engraved.
  • Client and partner gifts: a thank-you for a long relationship, engraved with a shared moment such as a signing or an event.
  • Farewell gifts: a team photo for a colleague who is moving on.

Why a photo crystal beats a standard award

Most crystal awards carry text only, and they look the same on every desk. A 3D photo crystal is personal: the recipient sees themselves, or their team, every time they look at it. It is heavy, solid and polished on all sides, so it looks substantial on a desk or shelf, and the engraving sits below the surface, where it cannot scratch or fade.

Which shape suits a corporate gift?

  • IcebergThe classic award shape, with faceted edges. Ideal for a retirement or recognition award.
  • DiamondAngular and striking, for a top-performer or milestone award.
  • Rectangle, LandscapeThe best fit for a team photo or a group at an event.
  • Rectangle, PortraitA single portrait for a retiree or an award winner.

Corporate gift FAQ

Can you add a name, title and date?

Yes. Add a short line of text when you personalize each crystal.

Can I see the design before it's engraved?

Yes. Add a 3D proof at checkout and we will email you a preview to approve before we engrave. We recommend it for awards presented at an event.

Can you ship to our office or straight to the recipient?

Yes, anywhere in Canada, with free tracked shipping. Add a gift bag and greeting card to have it ready to present.

How quickly will it arrive?

We engrave and ship the next business day (after you approve your proof, if you add one). Delivery takes 1 to 4 business days across Canada, and usually one business day in Metro Vancouver.
